| 9:30 a.m. | Seminar - running physiology, running programs, injury prevention & treatment, shoes, race tactics, nutrition, etc. | |

| 12:00 p.m. | Lunch break | |
| 1:00 p.m. | Rest & Relaxation | |
| 3:00 p.m. | Long run | |
| 5:30 p.m. | Dinner | |
| 7:30 p.m. | Evening discussions & films | |

What you will need to bring to camp:
- Extra running gear, shoes, shorts, warm-ups, socks, warm clothes.
- Spikes - if you plan to do the steeple chase!!!
- Swim suit, sunscreen.
- Sundries, i.e., toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, brush, deodorant, shampoo, soap, etc.
- Spending money for sweet tooth.
- Optional - your camera for memories!!
Arrival & Departure Time
You will arrive between 12 noon and 3:00 p.m. on July 25th, 2010, as you will be ready for your first run at 4:00p.m.
This will be a fun run to get acquainted with the area and each other, then we will have dinner. After dinner,
there will be a get acquainted session, meet the staff, hear the camp rules and special information to make your stay more pleasant.
Camp ends after breakfast on Friday, July 30th, 2010
Climate & Transportation
This camp offers runners of all skill levels the unique opportunity to train in a magnificent setting with near perfect running weather.
You can fly into the Eureka-Arcata Airport serviced by several airlines. The Greyhound bus also stops in Arcata. Ground transportation from these venues will be provided to the camp.
